Stejn\u011b tak i v\u00fdnosy z pron\u00e1jmu nebytov\u00fdch prostor jsou p\u0159\u00edjmem vlastn\u00edk\u016f, nikoliv SVJ. Jde o p\u0159\u00edjmy vlastn\u00edk\u016f i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee je shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00edm schv\u00e1leno tyto p\u0159\u00edjmy vlastn\u00edk\u016fm nevy\u00fa\u010dtov\u00e1vat v r\u00e1mci vy\u00fa\u010dtov\u00e1n\u00ed, ale \u017ee p\u0159\u00edjmy z\u016fstanou na \u00fa\u010dtu SVJ a jsou p\u0159evedeny na \u00fa\u010det dlouhodob\u00e9 z\u00e1lohy.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edjem z pron\u00e1jm\u016f spole\u010dn\u00fdch i nebytov\u00fdch prostor\u016f je da\u0148ov\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd a ka\u017ed\u00fd vlastn\u00edk je povinen jej zahrnout do sv\u00e9ho da\u0148ov\u00e9ho p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed ve smyslu \u00a7 9 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 586\/1992 Sb., pokud je povinen toto da\u0148ov\u00e9 p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed za dan\u00fd kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00ed rok podat.<\/p>\n<p>Potvrzen\u00ed o p\u0159\u00edjmu z pron\u00e1jmu nebytov\u00fdch a spole\u010dn\u00fdch prostor vystavuje SBD Pokrok jako spr\u00e1vce na\u0161eho SVJ na z\u00e1klad\u011b p\u0159\u00edkazn\u00ed smlouvy.<\/p>\n<p>Potvrzen\u00ed o p\u0159\u00edjmu z pron\u00e1jmu nebytov\u00fdch a spole\u010dn\u00fdch prostor bude POKROK vystavovat a rozes\u00edlat jen t\u011bm vlastn\u00edk\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed si jej vy\u017e\u00e1daj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vlastn\u00edci mohou o potvrzen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dat elektronicky na adrese potvrzen\u00ed@pokrok.cz , p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b p\u00edsemn\u011b na adrese SBD POKROK, Koll\u00e1rova 157\/18, 186 00 Praha 8.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rakovskeho.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Dopis-vlastnici-2.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-2221\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rakovskeho.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Dopis-vlastnici-2-150x150.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>V\u00e1\u017een\u00ed vlastn\u00edci, v souvislosti s po\u010d\u00e1tkem roku bychom V\u00e1s r\u00e1di upozornili na d\u016fle\u017eitou skute\u010dnost, t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f z pron\u00e1jmu nebytov\u00fdch (\u201e d\u00e1le jen NP\u201c) a spole\u010dn\u00fdch prostor (\u201e d\u00e1le jen SP\u201c).
